Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive what you typed: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your note contains. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean sending the origination map you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a conversation you asked to have. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months, so we have a record of what we discussed, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people at Lending Pipeline handling your request can see them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only outside resource it loads is a typeface from Google Fonts, which helps the page display correctly.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to carmen.sharp@lendingpipeline.co, or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like. If you simply want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.
